But the role that Eddie Murphy seems to prefer most is buying coffee while doting over his model girlfriend.
The 52-year-old star was spotted with his leading lady Paige Butcher, 34, in Studio City, California, on Thursday.
The couple walked hand-in-hand, each with a caffeinated beverage as they made their way to the $300,000 black Mercedes-Benz sports car.
Eddie even stopped to take a photo with an adoring fan on the trek to the vehicle, as Paige took the snap.
The Shrek star paid tribute to one of the greatest boxers of all time as he donned a red Cassius Clay (better known as Muhammad Ali) T-shirt.
