Clean Eating: Only two ingredients in this book that are not fresh, Coconut milk and tomato paste.You have a choice to make those two ingredients at home. Other two Ingredients that you may have to buy in a can is Jackfruit (you have a choice to use a different fruit or skip this ingredient), and citric acid (use lime instead).
