Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend Tyga is accused of still owing model $25,000 from sexual assault settlement just days after he’s seen test driving $1.5M car
Tyga was sued for sexual assault over a wild video shoot in 2011 for his single Make It Nasty.
And while it was settled out of court earlier this year, Allison Brown is now alleging that the 25-year-old has failed to pay the full $50,000 that he owes her.
Brown claims she received half in February, and has now filed documents asking judges to have Tyga pay the other $25,000 in addition to a financial penalty, as reported by TMZ.
Initially, Brown’s suit alleged that in November of 2011 she was approached by a man who said he was close with Tyga and claimed she had a ‘good look’ for his music video.
She said she then showed up at a Hollywood Hills mansion for the shoot where producers proceeded to get her drunk, even though she was only 20-years-old at the time. No one asked for her ID.
According to the suit Brown also claims that someone in a yellow rabbit costume grabbed her and began dry humping her, and that when she pulled away another man on set grabbed her breast.
Brown also alleges that she was coerced to remove her top for the video, but was promised her nipples would not be shown in the final edit of the video – though in the end they were.
She sued Tyga – and his record label Young Money Entertainment – for sexual battery, fraud, invasion of privacy, and infliction of emotional distress.
Three other women filed suit against Tyga because they were told their nipples would be edited out, and because the casting for the video had specifically stated ‘NO nudity.’
The other three women – Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, Elizabeth Velasquez – sued for breach of contract and invasion of privacy, as well as fraud.
Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner’s ‘boyfriend’ was spotted on Friday test driving a bright red Bugatti, a luxury vehicle which can retail in excess of $1.5 million.
And he was joined on the joy ride not by the 17-year-old reality star, but a platinum-blonde mystery woman.
Following the cruise he hopped back into his matte red Range Rover, and then was seen taking two-year-old son King Cairo on a shopping spree at Toys R Us.
TMZ reported that there was no response from the rapper in regards to the alleged missing $25,000.
